ROV Fiber Optics (FO)
Course Name: ROV Fiber Optics
Course Duration: 2 days (16 hours)
Languages: English or Spanish.
Course Content: Theoretical classes and training to familiarize with the procedures and elements used with fiber optics in ROV systems, tools used, fault detection and repair procedures, multimode and single mode, tether and umbilical systems, remarks with 3M ST Hot -melt and Unicam crimp.
After completing this course the student will be able to perform the main tasks of fault finding and location of these repairs and its maintenance found in ROV systems.

At the beginning of the course you must bring:
- Updated CV
Complete EPI / PPE equipment consisting of:
- Safety boots with pointed protection, CEE mark.
- Overall Protection.
- Clear and sun protective goggles.
- 2 pairs of protective oil and safety gloves.
- Protective helmet.
We can supply you a complete equipment (high quality) at a cost of 120,00 € or just part of the EPI / PPE equipment (In this case you must request it at least 1 week before the course, to your asigned course coordinator).
